1. Educational and Informational Purposes Only
All content, materials, assessments, graphics, algorithms, and automated guidance provided through this web application (collectively, the "Platform") are intended solely for educational, informational, and personal development purposes. The insights generated by our assessments are designed to encourage self-reflection and facilitate communication, but they should not be viewed as absolute diagnoses or definitive psychological evaluations.
2. Not Mental Health Therapy or Medical Advice
Our relationship coaches are professionals dedicated to personal growth and relationship skill-building; however, they do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or licensed therapeutic advice. * No Provider-Patient Relationship: Use of this Platform, completion of assessments, and interactions with our coaches do not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or clinical relationship.Not a Substitute: The services, guidance, and graphics provided are not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, marriage and family therapist (LMFT), clinical social worker, or medical doctor.If you or your partner require professional mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or counseling, you are strongly encouraged to seek the services of a licensed healthcare professional in your jurisdiction. 3. No Guarantees of Outcome
Relationships are inherently complex, dynamic, and dependent on individual choices and external factors. While our assessments and coaches provide tools and frameworks to support your relationship goals, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific outcomes, relationship reconciliation, success, or personal breakthroughs. You assume full responsibility for how you choose to interpret and apply the guidance provided.
4. Not an Emergency or Crisis Service

DATA PRIVACY, SECURITY, AND ACCOUNT ACCESS
1. Information We Collect and Purpose
To provide you with tailored relationship insights and coaching, we collect specific personal information when you use our platform:Account Credentials: Your email address is required to create your account, authenticate your identity, and secure your data.Assessment Data: We collect and process your responses to our relationship assessments to generate your custom graphics, insights, and guidance.Interaction Data: Information regarding your booked sessions and communications with our coaching staff.
2. Who Has Access to Your Data?
We believe in radical transparency regarding your personal information. Access to your assessment results and profile data is strictly limited to:You (The Consumer): You retain access to your historical assessment results, graphics, and guidance through your secure portal dashboard.Our Coaching Staff: Assigned internal relationship coaches on our staff will have access to your assessment results and portal data. This access is granted solely to prepare for, facilitate, and maximize the value of your paid coaching sessions.We do not sell, rent, or share your assessment responses or personal data with third-party advertisers or unauthorized external entities.
3. Account Verification and Security
Your security is a shared responsibility. We utilize Google Firebase, a secure backend infrastructure, to safeguard your data.Email Verification: To prevent unauthorized access, you are required to verify your email address upon registration. You will not be granted access to the assessment platform or results until your account is verified.Credential Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.No "Shared" Accounts: Account access is designated for a single user. To protect the integrity of the assessment data, you may not share your login credentials with your partner or any third party.
4. Data Storage and Third-Party Hosting
By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that your data is securely stored on cloud servers managed by our backend service provider, Google Firebase. While we implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
PAYMENTS, FEES, AND BOOKING POLICIES
1. Payment Processing and Security via Stripe
All financial transactions on our Platform, including payments for assessments and coaching sessions, are processed securely through our third-party payment facilitator, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe").No Card Storage: By purchasing services on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your payment details are collected directly by Stripe. We do not store, view, or maintain your full credit card or bank account information on our Firebase servers.Third-Party Terms: Your utilization of payment services is subject to the Stripe Consumer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for errors, technical failures, or unauthorized access resulting from Stripe's infrastructure.
2. Fees and Pricing Changes
Current Rates: You agree to pay the fees specified on our Platform at the time of your purchase or booking.Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify our pricing for assessments, single coaching sessions, or packages at any time. Any price changes will be updated on our booking portal and will apply only to subsequent bookings or purchases.
3. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy
Our relationship coaches dedicate specific blocks of time to prepare for and conduct your sessions. To respect their schedules and ensure fairness to other clients, the following rules apply to all bookings:Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule a paid coaching session, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time through your client portal. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund or a booking credit.Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and subject to a forfeiture of the session fee.No-Shows: If you fail to log into or attend your scheduled coaching session within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be deemed a "No-Show." No-Shows are strictly non-refundable, and the session will not be rescheduled.
4. Refunds and Disputes
Assessment Fees: Because access to our assessment tools, tailored graphics, and guidance models is delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales for digital assessments are final and non-refundable.Coaching Refunds: Refunds for completed coaching sessions will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the guidance or relationship outcomes (as detailed in our Professional Disclaimer). If you believe there was a technical or billing error regarding your transaction, you must contact our support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROPRIETARY CONTENT
1. Ownership of Platform Material
All content, features, and functionality available on or through this Platform—including but not limited to assessment questions, scoring algorithms, custom-generated graphics, visual data models, tailored guidance reports, text, logos, user interfaces, software code (including Flutter and Firebase architecture), and branding (collectively, the "Proprietary Content")—are the exclusive property of [Your Company Name] and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Limited, Personal-Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, and interact with the Proprietary Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.Under this license, you may:View your assessment results, graphics, and guidance on your secure portal dashboard.Download or print a copy of your personal results/guidance (where the feature is explicitly provided) for your personal reflection or to share with your partner.Under this license, you may not:Copy, modify, reproduce, or publicly display our assessment questions, specialized graphics, or guidance texts.Reverse-engineer, decompile, crawl, or scrape any part of our Flutter web app code, assessment logic, or scoring models.Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any graphics, materials, or insights generated by the Platform.Use our Proprietary Content to train external AI models, machine learning algorithms, or data analytics platforms.
3. Protection of Trademarks
Our company name, logo, slogans, and the unique names of our specific assessments or coaching frameworks are trademarks of [Your Company Name]. You are not granted any right or license to use these trademarks in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
4. Violation of Intellectual Property Rights
We take the protection of our proprietary tools and creative assets seriously. Any unauthorized use of the Proprietary Content terminates the limited license granted to you immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts found violating these terms, and to pursue legal remedies for copyright or trademark infringement where necessary.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND "AS-IS" WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
1. "As-Is" and "As-Available" Software
We strive to provide a seamless user experience on our Flutter- and Firebase-powered web application. However, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the Platform, including all assessments, graphics, guidance, and communication tools, is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:The implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.That the Platform will be completely secure, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.That any bugs, glitches, or server interruptions via our hosting environments will be corrected instantly.
2. Assumption of Risk for Relationship Outcomes
You recognize that relationship dynamics depend entirely on the voluntary actions, communication styles, and mutual choices of the individuals involved. By using our Platform and participating in coaching sessions, you assume all risk regarding your relationship outcomes. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any interpersonal conflicts, marital friction, breakups, divorces, emotional distress, or other life changes that may occur during or after your use of our services.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall [Your Company Name], its directors, employees, relationship coaches, or backend service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation:Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.Emotional distress or mental anguish.Cost of procurement of substitute services resulting from any advice, graphics, or guidance received through the Platform.
4. Maximum Liability Cap
In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds our company liable for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree that our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of:The total amount of fees you actually paid to us for the specific assessment or coaching session giving rise to the liability, orOne Hundred US Dollars ($100.00).
